FM10 Connect is the evolution of our FM10 optical sensor for circular knitting machines—but it goes far beyond the traditional concept of a sensor.

It is a compact and versatile device that can also operate as an intelligent data logger, capable of acquiring and managing data directly from the field, from both sensors and machines.

With integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, FM10 Connect can easily communicate with company systems, cloud platforms, or mobile devices. Technicians can access the device directly via smartphone or tablet, simplifying configuration and maintenance without interfering with the production network.

A key feature is its built-in user interface: a color display combined with a control knob, enabling intuitive navigation through data, settings, and system logs—even in industrial environments where touchscreens are not always practical.

FM10 Connect is designed to be flexible and easy to integrate: it can handle both analog and digital signals, interface with external devices, and communicate through standard protocols such as MQTT and HTTP, making it ready for IoT and Industry 4.0 applications.
